Hammam Al-Deeb graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Islamic University in Gaza, then he specialized in orthopedics and was working at the specialized clinic in the Arab Private Hospital.
Since the beginning of the Israeli brutal war on Gaza, he worked day and night in the operating room.
Dr. Hammam had a heartwarming smile and never hesitated to help those in need. He respected his colleagues and teachers, and possessed determination as strong as the mountains, never hesitating for a moment to defend the oppressed.
Dr. Hammam was martyred in an Israeli bombardment on Gaza in October 2023.
For 49 days in a row, Israel waged a heinous genocide in Gaza Strip via air, ground, and sea attacks, resulting in more than 40,000 martyrs, wounded and missing people. The Israeli aggression has paused following a four-day deal between Hamas and Israel was reached.
