The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) cold-bloodedly killed a Palestinian citizen and wounded two others at the entrance of Burqa village northwest of Ramallah on Thursday.
According to local sources the IOF opened fire with no reason at a car near Burqa village wounding three passengers.
Later one of the wounded citizens was proclaimed dead by doctors. He was identified as 46-year-old Khader Alwan.
