GAZA, (PIC)
As the US-backed Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip entered day 108 on Monday, massive aerial and artillery strikes continued to pound neighborhoods and homes and massacre more civilians, mostly children and women.
A reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said that the Israeli occupation army continued to attack different areas of Gaza last night and on Monday morning, killing and injuring dozens of citizens.
According to the health ministry in Gaza, the Israeli army committed horrific massacres in the west of Khan Yunis after it bombed five shelter centers housing displaced families.
According to medical sources, 40 martyrs were evacuated from the bombed places to Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis, but there are still scores of casualties who need evacuation from there.
Meanwhile, Israeli army bulldozers embarked on destroying graves in the west of Khan Yunis.
Since last night, the Israeli army has been attacking universities and schools used as shelter centers and the hospitals of Nasser and Al-Khair in Khan Yunis.
The Red Crescent, for its part, said it lost contact with its ambulance crews in Khan Yunis after Israeli tanks stormed the areas around Al-Amal Hospital.
Earlier today, citizens found two civilian martyrs in Abasan al-Kabira town in eastern Khan Yunis and buried them in the courtyard of the besieged School of Abdul-Karim al-Karmi, where a number of stranded displaced families live.
Israeli warplanes also bombed homes in al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza, wounding many civilians, as well as the western areas of Gaza City.
Other casualties were reported in different areas of Gaza following Israeli aerial and artillery attacks on Monday morning and later in the afternoon.
