A Palestinian pregnant woman suffered a miscarriage at dawn Sunday when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) violently raided her home and assaulted her and her husband in the southern area of al-Khalil City in the West Bank.
According to local sources, a pregnant woman miscarried when Israeli forces violently raided her home and assaulted her and her husband, Nidal al-Jabari, in al-Khalil City’s southern area. The woman was rushed to hospital.
The IOF also raided other homes in the same area and the Old City of al-Khalil, with no reported arrests.
Meanwhile, a horde of extremist Jewish settlers assaulted Palestinian citizens in different neighborhoods of al-Khalil City and opened fire at homes.
Last night, armed settlers also rallied near the Ibrahimi Mosque in al-Khalil City before marching towards the Old City, where they attacked Palestinian homes and property and barred the local residents from leaving their houses.
In a separate incident, a group of resistance fighters clashed with Israeli forces in the eastern neighborhood of Jenin City, north of the West Bank, before military reinforcements with a bulldozer stormed the area.
In Tulkarem, Israeli troops stormed Zeita town and attacked local youths with tear gas canisters and live ammunition. No one was reportedly injured.
