WEST BANK, (PIC)
The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched a large-scale raid and arrest campaign across the West Bank at dawn Tuesday.
Local sources reported that the IOF troops stormed Bethlehem and al-Khalil in the southern West Bank amid heavy live fire.
In the northern West Bank, the Israeli forces stormed Silat al-Dhahr town, south of Jenin, which led to the outbreak of violent clashes.
In Occupied Jerusalem, the Israeli forces arrested two ex-prisoners after breaking into Qalandia camp.
The IOF continued to besiege Al-Khader town, south of Bethlehem, claiming to be chasing the perpetrator of a run-over attack on soldiers near the Balou Triangle. At least one young man was injured in the town.
In al-Khalil, the IOF forces broke into Sa’ir town and arrested three citizens, including a father and his son.
During the raid, the Israeli forces stormed and violently searched the martyr Jalal Jabarin’s family house.
Meanwhile, a group of Jewish settlers stabbed a Palestinian and injured him in the Beit Jala area near Bethlehem.
Earlier Monday, another group of settlers attacked and stoned a Palestinian car in Burqa village, east of Ramallah.
The village of Burqa is constantly subjected to settler attacks under military protection.
In Nablus, Israeli forces attacked local farmers while picking olives and forced them to leave their lands in Khirbet Yanun area.
While Israel continues its genocide against Palestinians in Gaza, in the occupied West Bank, Israeli settlers have ramped up their attacks on people, often under the protection of Israeli soldiers.
