OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)
The member of Hamas political bureau and the head of the Jerusalem Affairs Office, Harun Nasir al-Din, said that Israeli displacement schemes cost the Jerusalemite families their children’s lives as a tax they pay for remaining steadfast in the face of the heinous plans to displace them from their land and homes in occupied Jerusalem in favor of settlement expansion.
In a statement on Wednesday, Nasir Al-Din stressed that the Israeli crimes against our people will not weaken their determination and steadfastness but will lead to inverse results and ignite more anger in the face of the occupation.
Nasser Al-Din stressed that the blood of the young man, martyr Hossam Al-Shobaki, “will serve as fuel for our people and an incentive to escalate resistance in the West Bank and Jerusalem in the face of the occupation by all means.”
Al-Shobaki, 17, died on Wednesday of his wounds after he had been shot by Israeli gunfire, yesterday, in the town of Silwan, south of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, where he was arrested, despite his critical injury.
