The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) carried out raids on homes and kidnaped a number of Palestinian citizens last night and at dawn Wednesday, amid clashes in some areas.
According to local sources, armed clashes broke out at dawn between resistance fighters and Israeli forces in Qalqilya City.
The sources said that the IOF opened fire at and damaged several cars during its campaign in Qalqilya City, amid raids on homes in different neighborhoods.
In al-Khalil, the IOF reportedly stormed different areas of the province and kidnaped over 20 citizens from Sa’ir town, including a father and his child.
Another citizen was taken prisoner during an IOF raid in Sanjar town, south of al-Khalil.
In Nablus, Israeli forces broke into and ransacked multiple homes in the new refugee camp of Askar and kidnaped seven citizens.
Israeli forces also kidnaped two young men from Urif town, southwest of Nablus.
In Ramallah, an unidentified number of citizens were kidnaped during an IOF raid in Qaddura refugee camp in Ramallah.
IOF raids also took place in Surra village, west of Nablus, Far’un town in southern Tulkarem, Turmus Ayya town in the northeast of Ramallah, and Umm ash-Sharayet neighborhood of Ramallah City.
Israeli forces also stormed Hares village in the northwest of Salfit and rampaged through a house belonging to a local resident.
