Two Palestinian girl children were killed on Saturday when a concrete wall of a house, which was destroyed in an Israeli airstrike in Gaza City during the war, fell on them, Gaza’s Government Media Office (GMO) said.
Another child was injured in the wall collapse that took place as the children were playing near the house, GMO director Salama Maarouf added on his X account.
“To stop the martyrs’ death toll, it is crucial to expedite the entry of heavy machinery and equipment, provide fuel, and allow in specialized technical teams in order to handle the rubble and debris and examine partially destroyed homes,” Maarouf stressed.
