Six Lebanese citizens were martyred and two others wounded in an Israeli air strike on the eastern flank of Beqaa region in central Lebanon on Saturday evening.
The Lebanese national news agency reported that an Israeli drone bombed al-Shaara area on the outskirts of Janta town to the east of Mount Lebanon killing six citizens and wounding two others.
The Israeli army had violated the ceasefire agreement with Lebanon on several occasions causing human losses and material damage.
