A delegation of the European Union (EU) is set to arrive in the Gaza Strip on Wednesday via the Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing.
The EU spokesman in Palestine Shadi Othman told Voice of Palestine radio station on Tuesday that the visit falls in line with the field tours launched by EU diplomats in the Strip.
He pointed out that the two-day visit will follow up on EU-funded projects in Gaza and added that the delegation will be headed by the EU representative to Palestine.
The delegates will meet with civil society figures and families of victims of the latest Israeli escalation in the Strip Othman concluded.
