The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) attacked on Wednesday morning Palestinian fishermen and farmers in the west and east of the besieged Gaza Strip.

According to local sources Israeli gunboats attacked fishermen and their boats with live ammunition and water cannons during their presence within a few nautical miles off the northern coast of Gaza and forced them to return ashore.

No one was reportedly hurt in the IOF attack.

Meanwhile Israeli soldiers opened machinegun fire from their posts at a group of farmers and their fields in a border area in the east of Gaza City particularly in the east of Khuza’a and al-Qarara towns.

The intensity of the shooting forced the farmers to leave the area.

Under an inhumane siege the Israeli army keeps attacking — sometimes injuring or killing — fishermen and farmers almost on a daily basis with no regard for any ceasefire understandings over Gaza or even the international law.

According to the fishermen syndicate Israeli gunboats fired machine guns and water cannons at fishing boats and tried to sink them during their presence off the shores of different areas of Gaza.

No one was reportedly hurt in the attacks but one fishing boat sustained damage and was towed by another boat to Gaza Port.

Meanwhile the IOF also fired live ammunition and tear gas canisters at farmers and shepherds in different border areas of Gaza.

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Monday morning attacked Palestinian fishermen and farmers in the west and east of the besieged Gaza Strip.

According to local sources Israeli gunboats attacked fishermen and their boats with live ammunition and water cannons during their presence within three nautical miles off the shore of as-Sudaniya area in the northwest of Gaza City.

Luckily no one was hurt but at least one fishing boat sustained damage in the attack.

Meanwhile the IOF opened fire from watchtowers at a group of farmers as they were working their swaths of land in a border area in the east of Gaza City particularly in the east of al-Zeitoun neighborhood. The intensity of the shooting forced the farmers to leave the area.

In another incident a number of IOF bulldozers infiltrated into the east of al-Qarara town in Khan Yunis south of Gaza and embarked on leveling tracts of land.

A similar incursion also happened in a border area in the east of al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza amid drone overflights.

Last night the IOF arrested four young men in two separate incidents after they infiltrated into the Israeli side of the border in the southeast of Gaza.

The IOF claimed that the detained young men were found in possession of knives.

According to local sources Israeli soldiers intensively opened fire last night and in the morning at fishermen and their boats off the shores of Beit Lahia and al-Sudaniya areas in the north and Rafah area in the south.

The intensity of the shooting forced the fishermen to return ashore.

Meanwhile the IOF also opened fire at farmers and their cultivated lands in different areas on the eastern northern and southern borders of Gaza.

The IOF shooting attacks happened mainly in the east of Khuza’ah town al-Maghazi refugee camp al-Bureij refugee camp and Beit Hanoun town.

No one was reportedly hurt in the shooting attack.
