Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) Monday evening erected makeshift military checkpoints in different locations in the vicinity of Jenin city. The IOF soldiers arrested a Palestinian youth in Arraneh town east of Jenin.
Local sources told the PIC reporter that Israeli forces were deployed at a bypass road to the east of the city and that several patrols were stationed at Nazareth Street leading to al-Jalameh crossing.
Eyewitnesses revealed that Israeli army infantry units combed the agricultural lands adjacent to al-Jalameh crossing near the Israeli Separation Wall.
The IOF troops arrested the 23-year-old Palestinian man Wael Abu Hananeh after storming his home in Arraneh town east of Jenin. They took him to an unknown destination.
