The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped at dawn Wednesday at least 16 Palestinian citizens from the West Bank and Jerusalem.
According to local sources the IOF broke into the house of prisoner Jamal Abul-Haija in Jenin refugee camp and went on the rampage through it before they kidnaped his son Asim.
Another citizen was kidnaped from his home during the same IOF campaign in Jenin camp.
The IOF also stormed Qabatiya town near Jenin City and kidnaped two citizens from their homes.
The same sources said that armed clashes broke out between resistance fighters and the IOF in Jenin camp and Qabatiya without providing further details.
In Nablus two young men were taken prisoners following IOF raids on their homes.
The IOF also kidnaped two citizens from al-Khalil and two others from Tulkarem and Beit Sira village in Ramallah.
In Occupied Jerusalem Israeli police forces raided some homes and kidnaped four citizens one of them from Beit Duqqu town.
