IOF troops kill Palestinian boy kidnap two in Gaza

Wednesday 24-January-2007

GAZA (PIC)– The IOF troops have unleashed at dawn Wednesday military incursion into the eastern Gaza Strip city of Dier Al-Balah killing Palestinian child and wounding two others before kidnapping them.

The IOF incursion coincided with the start of the comprehensive national dialogue among Palestinian factions that strive to reach a deal on the PA national unity government that would help them face the Israeli aggressions in united front.

Palestinian hospital and security sources affirmed that 17-year-old Palestinian citizen Mahran Zakaria Abu Naseer sustained fatal bullet in the abdomen when IOF troops directly opened their machinegun fire at three Palestinians east of the city.

The IOF shot and wounded the two other Palestinians before kidnapping them thus making it difficult to Palestinian officials determine the degree of their injuries.

On Tuesdays night six Israeli military vehicles raided Wadi Al-Salaka east of the city and started bulldozing vast areas of Palestinian farms and pastures in the area.

Two more Palestinian children were wounded in Ezbat Al-Tabib village east of Qalqilia city in the West Bank after large numbers of IOF troops raided Palestinian homes in the village and wreaked havoc on them. More IOF raids were reported in Azzon town near the city especially homes relatives of Palestinian resistance activists.

In Qarara village east of Khan Younis city in Gaza Strip Palestinian snipers from the Quds Brigades armed wing of the Islamic Jihad affirmed in a military communiqué they issued and a copy of which was obtained by the PIC Tuesday that they shot IOF serviceman and an Israeli settler east of the town.

The Brigades confirmed that the attack was in retaliation to the persistent IOF aggressions against the unarmed Palestinian civilians in Gaza Strip and the West Bank.

A report issued by the Tadamun (solidarity) human rights foundation affirming that 32 Palestinian captives were sentenced to multi life-imprisonment terms during the year 2006. According to the report most of the verdicts were arbitrarily ratified by the IOA that denied the captives the right of just prosecution.
