Israeli Ofer court sentenced Wednesday the Palestinian football player Husam Qarara 16 to 17 months imprisonment plus a fine of 3000 shekels.
Husam was arrested a month ago from his house from al-Bireh city on charges of resisting occupation.
He is expected to be released in March 2017.
