Palestinian youths demonstrated near the eastern border of Gaza Strip on Tuesday in protest at the recent Israeli crime in the West Bank city of Nablus.
Local sources reported that dozens of Palestinian young men marched near the Malaka camp east of Gaza City to condemn the Israeli crime that resulted in the killing of five Palestinian resistance fighters and injuring 20 others in Nablus city.
The sources added that clashes erupted between Palestinian youths and Israeli soldiers stationed at the hills behind the Gaza border fence.
The Palestinian National and Islamic Forces (PNIF) called for a general strike in Gaza on Tuesday calling on Gaza residents to take to the streets in solidarity with Palestinians in the West Bank.
“The Israeli crime in Nablus will not go unpunished” the PNIF stressed in a press conference held in Gaza following its meeting that discussed the escalating Israeli aggression on Nablus.
The PNIF hailed the steadfastness of Palestinian resistance fighters reiterating the importance of unified resistance and escalating resistance activities all over Palestine.
