RAFAH (PIC)– Two Palestinian fishermen were wounded on Saturday evening when Israeli gunboats fired at them west of Rafah city to the south of the Gaza Strip local and medical sources reported.
They told PIC reporter that the gunboats fired a number of projectiles and opened their machineguns at a group of fishermen while at sea off the Rafah coast wounding two of them moderately to seriously.
The Israeli gunboats routinely target Palestinian fishing boats causing casualties and material damage.
Israeli warplanes at dawn Sunday blasted a container northeast of Gaza city destroying the container and starting fire in it other than damaging nearby houses and property locals reported.
They told the PIC reporter that an F-16 warplane dropped two missiles at the target with no casualties reported.
The IOF command claimed that it bombed a warehouse for combat means in Tuffah suburb northeast of Gaza.
