TULKAREM (PIC)– The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed Monday evening the village of Pharaon in Tulkarem and handed Palestinian citizens demolition orders against their homes and a soccer field.
Local sources said that the IOF troops handed demolition orders against 14 homes in the eastern side of the village at the pretext they were built in the area classified by Israel as C.
The troops also handed the municipal council in the village an order demanding it to evacuate the soccer field in preparation for demolition.
Demolition activities have accelerated dramatically in the area known as C which constitute 70 percent of the West Bank.
