GAZA (PIC) – A Palestinian shepherd was wounded Sunday morning in IOF troops’ shooting at Palestinian citizens east of Deir Al-Balah in central Gaza Strip local sources reported.
They said that Munir Abu Sha’ar 24 was injured in his left leg after the soldiers fired at him while grazing his sheep east of Kissufim crossing.
Meanwhile Israeli occupation police arrested 550 Palestinian workers in the green line Palestinian lands occupied in 1948 for working without permits.
The Hebrew radio quoted official police sources as saying that the arrests were made over the past 48 hours and added that 380 of those West Bankers were rounded up in occupied Jerusalem.
In Nablus and Jenin district also on Sunday morning IOF units closed roadblocks (north of Nablus and south of Jenin) leading to both cities without giving any reason for the act.
For its part the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement on Sunday declared responsibility for firing an “upgraded” Quds-3 missile at the Israeli settlement of Sderot in reprisal to the Israeli violations of the ceasefire topped by its ongoing excavations at the holy Aqsa Mosque.
