MANAMA (PIC)– Palestinian premier Ismail Haneyya arrived in the Bahraini capital Manama on Saturday from Doha Qatar on the second leg of his tour.
Haneyya is expected to meet with King of Bahrain Sheikh Hamad Bin Issa Al-Khalifa on Saturday evening Taher Al-Nunu the Palestinian government’s spokesman who is accompanying Haneyya on his tour said in a statement.
Haneyya announced in Doha that the Amir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani had promised to reconstruct Gaza Strip and stressed the importance of expediting an end to the Gaza siege.
He told the Friday congregation that Sheikh Hamad would generously reconstruct all destroyed homes in Gaza and would contribute in a number of other projects.
