RAMALLAH (PIC)– Vandal and suspicious elements affiliated with the mutiny trend within Fatah faction apparently opting to transfer the clashes in Gaza Strip into the West Bank have attacked the Palestinian health bureau in Ramallah city inflicting material damage on the building.
No casualties were reported in the attack said Dr. Naseer Hamza the spokesman of the bureau.
He explained that a group of armed men targeted the building although they know that the bureau has no political affiliation with any of the Palestinian factions and that it was working for the good of the Palestinian citizens.
“The bureau comprises doctors pharmacists and technicians and it extends free medical services to Palestinian citizens living in remote areas and couldn’t access the bureau due to IOF barriers” Hamza pointed out.
However the incident wasn’t isolated as another group of that mischievous group shot and wounded Palestinian citizen Jaser Rateb 50 who was on his way to perform Fajr (dawn) prayer according to eyewitnesses in Rafat village south of the city. Rateb survived the assassination attempt.
