GAZA (PIC)– At least eight Palestinian citizens including a mother and her two children among other civilians were wounded in an Israeli air strike on their home in Jabalia city north of Gaza Strip at dawn Wednesday hospital sources affirmed.
According to eyewitnesses an Israeli warplane unleashed at least one air-to-surface missile at the house wounding the eight including one reportedly in critical condition.
Also on Wednesday Israeli fighter planes attacked two sites of the executive force of the PA interior ministry in Rafah district south of Gaza Strip but the missiles didn’t explode thus causing no casualties.
In Khan Younis city seven Palestinian citizens of Kudaih family were kidnapped at the hands of the IOF troops believing they were resistance fighters after large numbers of IOF troops sneaked into Khuza’a town east of the city under intensive air cover and surrounded a number of Palestinian homes in the area.
Hebrew sources affirmed that the IOF troops had “mistakenly” apprehended seven Palestinians and briefly seized them before releasing them after intelligence reports affirmed they weren’t the wanted “catch”.
On Tuesday three Palestinian farmers were injured at least one critically when Israeli Apache choppers directly opened their machinegun fire at them while cultivating their farms in Beit Lahia city north of the Strip.
In another development Palestinian citizen Abdul Raouf Al-Ajla died of wounds he had sustained in an Israeli air strike on a Palestinian car in Gaza Friday night.
Al-Ajla was reportedly standing on the roadside when the car exploded next to him after it was hit with the Israeli rockets. Five Palestinian citizens were instantly killed in the incident.
In the West Bank six Palestinian citizens were kidnapped at the hands of IOF troops in Nablus city after large numbers of IOF troops stormed and ransacked their homes southwest of the city local sources confirmed.
The IOF troops also raided the Naka’a charity in Bethlehem city and wreaked havoc on it.
The charity was sealed off two years ago by military orders and its head Etaf Elayyan is languishing in Israeli jails on allegations she was leading Islamic Jihad women cadres.
A local elementary school for girls in Al-Khalil city was also stormed by the IOF troops that confiscated the school’s computers and files of the students.
For its part the Qassam Brigades (QB) the armed wing of Hamas Movement announced it had retaliated to the incessant IOF troops’ atrocities on the Palestinian people with 16 homemade rockets; at least eight of them were launched at the Israeli settlement of Sderot.
According to a military communiqué issued by the QB on Tuesday and a copy of which was obtained by the PIC the missile attacks had inflicted damage on the said settlement and wounded a number of Israeli settlers while a number of others suffered from shock.
In an earlier statement the QB warned that its missiles would soon reach the coastal city of Ashkelon and even areas beyond it.
