The Follow-up Committee of the National and Islamic Forces (Palestinian factions) have made an urgent appeal to save hundreds of thousands of Palestinian citizens in the areas that have been invaded by the Israel occupation forces in northern Gaza, Gaza City, the north and east of Khan Yunis, and the southeast of Deir al-Balah.
“These areas are seeing a humanitarian catastrophe and have become disaster areas due to the genocidal war that destroyed the basic necessities of life there,” the National and Islamic Forces said in a statement on Monday.
“Thousands of citizens, mostly women, children, patients, elderlies and wounded, are now besieged and facing a real threat to their lives due to the absence of life essentials, humanitarian aid and safe passages for their movement and access to their needs,” the National and Islamic Forces explained.
“Bodies of martyrs are scattered everywhere and the citizens cannot bury them, which will cause a serious environmental disaster,” they added.
