A Lebanese citizen was killed and another was injured in an Israeli airstrike on a civilian house in Kafr Shuba town in southern Lebanon on Wednesday.
The Israeli bombing also targeted the outskirts of several neighboring towns and areas in southern Lebanon, including Naqoura and Mount Labouneh.
The Lebanese Civil Defense earlier announced that “its crews worked from 3 a.m. until 6 a.m. to pull out the body of a martyr and put out the fire that broke out due to the Israeli targeting of a house in Kafr Shuba – Hasbaya.
The Israeli warplanes also launched an air raid on the outskirts of Naqoura and Jabal al-Labouneh towns.
The Israeli army and Lebanese resistance group, Hezbollah, have traded fire across the border since the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, stoking fear over a regional conflagration.
