The Islamic Resistance in Iraq, which includes a number of Iraqi factions, announced that it has targeted positions in 1948 Occupied Palestine in response to the Israeli bloody aggression on Gaza.
In two separate statements, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq said it struck, with the appropriate weapon, an Israeli military target near Jordan River Park at dawn Friday.
It also said that it hit a “vital Israeli target in Eilat” and vowed to continue its attacks against “enemy positions.”
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq said, in late December, that it had targeted the Israel Karish gas field, confirming that the attack had directly hit the target. It also said that it struck a target in Eilat port on the Red Sea.
Since October 7, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq has been launching attacks, using drones and missiles, on US military bases in Iraq and Syria.
For 99 consecutive days, Israel has been waging a devastating war on the Gaza Strip, which has so far led to more than 90,000 martyrs, missing, and wounded, with 70% of whom being children and women, in addition to the destruction of hundreds of thousands of housing units and the forced displacement of about two million people.
