A Palestinian citizen was martyred on Monday morning when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) opened fire at him in Khirbet Jinba hamlet in Masafer Yatta, south of al-Khalil.
The Palestinian health ministry said that 46-year-old Iyad an-Najjar died immediately after an Israeli soldier shot him in the head in an area near Yatta City.
Local sources said that the IOF killed Najjar near the separation wall in Khirbet Jinba.
On Sunday evening, the IOF also killed two Palestinian young men near Salfit City in the north of the West Bank.
The health ministry said that the young martyrs are Uday Nizar and Musaab Hassan, adding that the IOF seized their bodies.
The Israeli occupation army claimed its forces killed the young men after they carried out a car-ramming operation and injured a soldier.
However, eyewitnesses said that Israeli soldiers opened fire intensively at a car carrying the young men and killed them immediately near the northern entrance of Salfit.
