The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped at dawn Tuesday several Palestinian citizens, including three women, during raids in the West Bank.

According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped nine citizens, including three women, during raids in different areas of Ramallah province.

The sources explained that Israeli forces kidnaped Abla Saadat from her home in Bireh City in Ramallah. She is the wife of prisoner Ahmed Saadat, secretary-general of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP).

In this regard, PFLP condemned the Israeli army for kidnaping the wife of its leader Saadat, describing her arrest as “part of a systematic policy pursued against its leaders and their families” and a “desperate attempt to dissuade its cadres from continuing their struggle against the occupation.”

Six other male citizens were taken prisoners during IOF raids in different towns of Ramallah, including three from Silwad town.

In Nablus, the IOF kidnaped three young men from Balata refugee camp and another one from Madama village.

The IOF also kidnaped two citizens from Ya’bad town in Jenin and two others from al-Ubeidiya in eastern Bethlehem and Kharsa village in western al-Khalil.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces stormed a house belonging to the chief of the Susya village council and handed him a summons for interrogation against his son.
