Martyrs, wounded reported in ongoing Israeli aggression on Lebanon

The Israeli army continued on Thursday its massive aggression against Lebanon for the fourth consecutive day by launching more raids and committing massacres against civilians.

On Thursday morning, the IOF launched an air strike on the Hosh Sur area, completely destroying a restaurant and causing damage to a number of neighboring buildings, according to the National Information Agency.

Israeli warplanes targeted the outskirts of the town of Tayr Debba.

Meanwhile, the mayor of Younine, Ali Qassas, confirmed the recovery of 23 martyrs and eight wounded including four slightly injured.

The Civil Defense also announced at dawn hours today the completion of search and rescue operations and field survey in the town of Al-Meysera, after recovering the bodies of 11 martyrs and a living girl from under the rubble.

The Minister of Environment and head of Emergency Committee, Nasser Yassin, announced that “the number of displaced people ranges between 150-200 thousand people”, noting that 53,000 were distributed to shelter centers and the rest resorted to their relatives or rented houses.

Yassin stressed in an interview with the Voice of Lebanon radio, that “emergency committees across Lebanon started working from day one to distribute aid to the displaced.”
