The Hamas official, Abdul Hakim Hanini, said the Israeli occupation’s ongoing aggression in the region and the assassination of resistance leaders will not break the will of the free people; rather, it will push them to continue the path of resistance.
Hanini added in a press statement on Monday that the Palestinian people have proven throughout their history of struggle with the occupier that they will never surrender no matter how grave the sacrifices are.
He stated that the resistance in Palestine, Lebanon and other countries in the region has become more capable today of absorbing strikes and rebuilding its strength.
Hanini pointed out that the repeated assassinations carried out by the Israeli occupation army would not terminate the resistance, because it is an established idea among its supporters for successive generations, stressing that such offensives will rather create new leaders who will continue on the same path of confrontation of the occupier until liberation.
