The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped a number of Palestinian citizens and clashed with resistance fighters during raids in different West Bank areas last night and at dawn Sunday.

According to local sources, armed clashes broke out last night between resistance fighters and Israeli forces in Jenin.

Earlier, resistance fighters from the Jenin Brigade opened fire at the illegal settlement of Dotan and a settler car.

At dawn, Israeli forces stormed Jenin City and raided multiple homes, with no reported arrests.

In Nablus, Israeli forces came under fire from resistance fighters in Balata refugee camp before military reinforcements stormed the area to provide backup.

In Ramallah, the IOF kidnaped in the morning a young man from his home in al-Am’ari refugee camp.

In western Jerusalem, Israeli police forces kidnaped six Palestinian young men in Beit Ijza town after ransacking their homes.

In al-Khalil, the IOF raided at dawn a home in Yatta City and kidnaped a citizen to pressure his son to turn himself in.

Later in the morning, Israeli forces stormed al-Arroub refugee camp in northern al-Khalil and quelled a march organized by local youths to pay tribute to martyr Yehya as-Sinwar, head of Hamas’s political bureau who was killed in combat last Wednesday in southern Gaza.

Local sources in al-Arroub camp said that the IOF fired live ammunition at the young men, who responded by throwing stones.

Meanwhile, the IOF tightened its military measures and imposed movement restrictions at the entrances of al-Khalil City and on roads leading to different towns and refugee camps in al-Khalil.

At dawn, the IOF reportedly kidnaped five citizens from different areas of al-Khalil province.
