The Ministry of Health in Gaza has appealed to international organizations to urgently send surgical teams to Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza.
The ministry, in a statement on Monday, called on all those who can perform surgical procedures to immediately go to the hospital to save the wounded and the patients.
It said that after the Israeli occupation army arrested and forced evacuation of almost all the medical cadres in the hospital, there is only one pediatrician left out of all other specialist doctors.
Dr. Munir al-Bursh, the director general of the ministry, earlier said that the Israeli occupation forces had rounded up 40 personnel of the hospital’s medical cadre, 30 of whom are still detained.
