Israeli settler groups attacked Palestinian agricultural lands in Nablus and assaulted shepherds in Al-Khalil, in a continuation of their violations practiced against Palestinian citizens in the West Bank on a daily basis.
Media activist Osama Makhmara said settlers stormed the Tel Ma’in area, and chased shepherds pushing them out of their pastures, while other settlers were unleashing their livestock into Palestinians’ agricultural crops in Sha’ab al-Butm area, Wad Ma’in, and several other villages in Masafer Yatta in Al-Khalil.
Makhmara pointed out that Israeli settlers intensified their attacks on pastures, livestock, and agricultural crops, and storming homes of citizens in Masafer Yatta, with the aim of seizing citizens’ lands for colonial expansion.
On Saturday, settlers cut down a number of olive trees in the town of Rujib, east of Nablus. Local sources reported that settlers from Itamar settlement, illegally built on citizens’ lands, cut down a number of olive trees in the land owned by Shehadeh Rawajbeh.
