Five Lebanese citizens were martyred including a child and many others were wounded in Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon on Saturday evening.
The Ministry of Health said in a statement that five citizens were martyred including a child in an Israeli raid on Toulin village in southern Lebanon while 11 others were wounded including two children.
Six other citizens were injured in two villages in Hirmel while others were injured in an Israeli raid on a village near the Syrian-Lebanese border, the ministry added.
It noted that an Israeli airstrike on the southern Lebanese city of Tyre had wounded four people.
