The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped last night and at dawn Monday a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in different West Bank areas, amid clashes with local youths.
According to local sources, the IOF stormed Asira ash-Shamaliya village in northern Nablus and carried out an arrest campaign for several hours. Four citizens were reportedly kidnaped from the village.
The IOF also raided an apartment building near the Nablus Hospital in Nablus City, with no reported arrests.
Three other citizens were taken prisoners during an IOF raid in Beit Furik town, southeast of Nablus.
In Jenin, Israeli forces stormed the area of Mount Abu Dhahir, broke into homes and used a megaphone to order young men to turn themselves in.
In al-Khalil, the IOF kidnaped a citizen from his home in Beit Kahil town.
Five other citizens were kidnaped by the IOF from Tamun town in southern Tubas.
The IOF also stormed other West Bank areas, without making arrests.
