WEST BANK, (PIC)
One Israeli female soldier was injured on Monday in a car-ramming operation at the ad-Dhahiriya junction, south of al-Khalil in the occupied West Bank.
The soldier was slightly wounded and treated at the scene, according to the Hebrew media.
The Israeli occupation army launched a manhunt for the driver, who escaped the area.
In a statement, the Hamas Movement applauded the ad-Dhahiriya operation in al-Khalil as “heroic” and a “natural response to the ongoing Israeli crimes in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank and the attempts to Judaize the Islamic holy sites in Palestine.”
Hamas said that the operation reflected that the resistance in the West Bank is ongoing despite the Israeli occupation’s relentless attempts to suppress it.
