NABLUS (PIC)– At a time the Palestinian people are commemorating the Palestinian prisoner’s day on Tuesday large numbers of IOF troops stormed different areas in the West Bank and kidnapped more Palestinian citizens.
In Nablus city six Palestinian citizens including a lady were rounded up at the hands of IOF troops who also ransacked a number of Palestinian homes in the city’s center and the nearby Balata refugee camp.
Southward in Bethlehem city Israeli soldiers arrested 16-year-old Palestinian boy Muayyad Abu Sa’adi and led him to an unknown place after wreaking havoc on his family’s house.
Sources close to Hamas Movement informed the PIC that special units of the IOF troops sneaked into Qalqilia city before midnight Monday and arrested six Hamas supporters in the city.
Hamas condemned the IOF arrest campaigns and vowed not to relax resistance against the Israeli occupation government.
According to an IOF spokesman speaking to the Hebrew radio at least 25 Palestinian citizens were captured at the hands of the IOF troops across the West Bank.
In spite of the rampant Israeli arrest campaigns Palestinian citizens in Gaza Strip and the West Bank pursued commemoration of the Palestinian prisoner’s day in a bid to highlight the agonies of more than 11000 Palestinian prisoners living in harsh incarceration conditions in more than 25 Israeli jails and detention camps.
Seven Palestinian citizens of one family were also kidnapped at the hands of the IOF troops in Al-Khalil city before leading them to an undisclosed location.
Since the start of this month the IOF troops rounded up more than 36 Palestinian citizens of the city’s residents. The nine Hamas-affiliated lawmakers of the district were also kidnapped at the hands of the Israeli occupation soldiers last June and remained in captivity till now.
Palestinian resistance factions however didn’t allow those IOF aggressions to pass unpunished as they retaliated to the Israeli atrocities by rocking the Israeli settlement of Sderot with a single upgraded homemade missile.
The Nasser Salahuddin Brigades armed wing of the PRC took the credit for unleashing the missile.
In addition fighters from the Qassam Brigades armed wing of Hamas Movement engaged IOF patrol in fierce firefight east of the tiny Gaza Strip affirming that they closely monitored the Israeli soldiers before ambushing them late Monday night.
In Ramallah district four Israeli settlers were wounded when Palestinian resistance fighters fired at their car near Ras Karkar village west of Ramallah city.
Hebrew media confirmed the attack adding that Israeli ambulances rushed to the incident scene and transported the wounded settlers to nearby hospitals.
A number of Palestinian citizens were deliberately bumped by Israeli motorists driving in a high speed along that road killing a number of Palestinian pedestrians.
The IOF imposed a curfew on a number of villages west of Ramallah immediately after the incident.
