IOA refuses to release Egyptian captive Mohammad al-Sayed

BETHLEHEM (PIC)– Palestinian Prisoners Center for Studies revealed that Israeli Occupation Authority (IOA) has been procrastinating in releasing the oldest-serving Egyptian prisoner in its jails Mohammad Hassan al-Sayed 39 after he had served his 13-year sentence.
In a statement the center said that captive Sayed was supposed to be released on May 27 2016 but Israel refused to set him free claiming that the Egyptian side refused to receive him.

Sayed who is from Cairo was arrested in Gaza Strip on May 29 2003 during his attempt to throw a grenade at Israeli soldiers who were stationed at a barrier in Central Gaza.
