IOF raids West Bank arrests 2 Palestinian youths

Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) at dawn Thursday broke into several locations in the West Bank arrested two Palestinian youths and abused a Palestinian family.

In al-Khalil IOF soldiers stormed Halhoul town to the north of the city and arrested two youths: Yousef Melhem and Mohammad Abu Asbah. They were transferred to Etzion detention center.

In Jenin IOF troops erected military barriers in different locations near the city. Meanwhile Israeli choppers were hovering in the skies of al-Zababdeh town for the third day in a row.

Local sources told the PIC reporter that the IOF soldiers were also deployed in Silat al-Harithiya town near Jenin city at night hours. They set up a military checkpoint at the entrances to the town as well as at a nearby junction. The IOF also raided al-Yamoun town in the area. No arrests were reported.

IOF soldiers stormed Qalqilya city in the northern West Bank and broke into the home of a Palestinian “wanted” man Rashid Radwan. The soldiers threatened to harm Radwan’s son if he did not turn himself in. The soldiers ruined the house’s furniture and electric appliances and assaulted his children according to local sources.

The sources added that IOF troops have repeatedly stormed Radwan’s home in addition to homes of his relatives over the recent days while looking for him.
