The Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS) said “the Israeli army’s legal adviser has not yet provided an answer to the objection addressed to him by its lawyer over the closure of al-Huriya (Liberty) Radio in al-Khalil city.”
PPS lawyer Munder Abu Ahmed said he filed the objection after the Israeli army decided to close the radio station for six months starting on August 31 2017.
He affirmed that he would have to take legal action in this regard if the military adviser persisted in not responding to the objection.
