At least two Palestinian citizens suffered injuries and several cars sustained damage during a stone-throwing attack by Jewish settlers on Road 60 in the eastern area of al-Khalil province in the occupied West Bank.
Local sources told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that dozens of settlers from the illegal settlements of Kiryat Arba and Kharsina rallied on Road 60 and hurled stones at Palestinian cars.
They added that two passengers identified as Shaaban Jaber 56 and Ali al-Manasra 73 were rushed to hospital after they suffered injuries from broken glass.
The attack also caused damage to other Palestinian cars traveling on the road.
Several soldiers were deployed along the road to provide protection for the settlers.
