Palestinians injured in attacks by settlers & soldiers south of Nablus

Six Palestinian citizens suffered injuries on Monday night when a horde of Jewish settlers and soldiers attacked them in Kafr Qallil town south of Nablus city in the occupied West Bank.

According to local sources settlers stormed the upper area of Kafr Qallil and embarked on throwing stones at local residents.

Consequently violent clashes broke out between local young men and Israeli soldiers who rushed to the area to back up the settlers.

Medical sources said that a Red Crescent ambulance crew provided medical assistance to four young men after they suffered injuries during the events.

Two Palestinian citizens also suffered injuries last night when settlers hurled stones at their cars on a road near Huwara checkpoint south of Nablus.
