Israeli police raid homes of two Palestinian detainees in Qabatiya

Israeli police forces at dawn Friday stormed Qabatiya town in Jenin where they raided homes of two detainees suspected of killing a settler a few days ago in Kafr Qasem city in 1948 occupied Palestine and brutalized their families.

Local sources told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that Israeli soldiers broke into the homes of detainees Yousef Kamil and Mohamed Abul-Rab in Qabatiya maltreated and interrogated their families and threatened to take punitive measures against them if they did not cooperate.

The sources added that Israeli soldiers also spread through the town’s streets and clashed with local young men at its main entrance.

A Jewish settler was found dead a few days ago in Kafr Qasem city in Israel (the 1948 occupied lands) and later the Israeli police said he was murdered on nationalistic grounds by workmen from Jenin and that they were arrested.
