The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) confiscated a Palestinian-owned land in Zawiya town west of Salfit.
The land area is estimated at 45 dunums local sources affirmed to the PIC reporter.
The local activist Khaled Maali said that the targeted land is located near al-Qana illegal settlement.
New Israeli housing units are planned to be built in the land he added.
More than 550000 Jewish settlers live in settlements across the West Bank which has been under Israeli military occupation since 1967.
The construction of settlements and the transfer of the occupying power’s population into occupied lands is strictly forbidden under international law and critics have likened the situation to “colonialism” and “apartheid.”
