Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) Friday afternoon erected a military makeshift checkpoint at Beit Enoun junction east of al-Khalil city.
The PIC reporter said that Israeli forces stopped and searched Palestinian taxi cars and forced passengers to get out of vehicles leading to traffic congestion.
IOF troops detained a woman and her husband for a long while before letting them go he added.
Israeli military police cars were deployed in the area. Meanwhile Israeli policemen issued too expensive traffic tickets against Palestinian drivers.
