Several Israeli border soldiers are still providing protection for over 120 extremist Jewish settlers who have been occupying the house of Abu Raja family near the Ibrahimi Mosque in al-Khalil Old City since Tuesday.
A local source from Abu Rajab family said the settlers forcibly expelled members of the family with the soldiers’ help from the second and third floors of the house brutalized them and acted provocatively against the neighborhood’s residents.
Until now no one from the competent authorities has responded to requests to help the family.
