Head of Hamas Political Bureau Ismail Haneyya stressed the refusal of all Israeli security measures and plans in Occupied Jerusalem and al-Aqsa Mosque.
In his Friday Khutbah (sermon) in al-Omari Mosque in Gaza Haneyya affirmed his Movement’s support of the Jerusalemites’ position which refuses entering al-Aqsa Mosque through the Israeli recently-installed metal detectors. He opined that the Israeli security measures aim at imposing spatial and temporal division at the holy shrine.
The Hamas leader pointed out that the Palestinian resistance and the shooting attack in Jerusalem last Friday had confused the Israeli Judaization plans in al-Aqsa and Occupied Jerusalem.
He concluded saying “The Israeli security measures in Occupied Jerusalem will not pass”.
