Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) stormed on Wednesday afternoon Bir al-Basha village south of Jenin city in the northern West Bank and erected a military barrier at the southern entrance to the city.
Local sources told the PIC reporter that IOF soldiers were deployed on the main street leading to Jenin city and blocked traffic. The soldiers questioned a number of the inhabitants and checked their IDs.
Israeli forces erected more makeshift checkpoints in that area which blocked traffic at the southern entrance to Jenin city the eyewitnesses pointed out.
