Several Palestinians were kidnapped by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Thursday in abduction sweeps launched across the West Bank and Jerusalem.
A Jerusalemite Palestinian ex-prisoner—Mohamed al-Hashlamoun—was kidnapped by the Israeli forces from his family home in the Old City of Occupied Jerusalem at the crack of dawn.
Clashes burst out in Shu’fat camp northeast of Occupied Jerusalem shortly after the Israeli forces rolled into the area.
Palestinian citizen Mohamed Shouman was also kidnapped from his family home in Abu Falah town in Ramallah.
Meanwhile the IOF showered Palestinian family homes in al-Fawar refugee camp south of al-Khalil with teargas canisters.
At the same time clashes flared up in al-Arroub camp in al-Khalil where the occupation soldiers attacked the Palestinian anti-occupation youth with randomly-unleashed spates of teargas grenades.
The clashes culminated in the abduction of a number of Palestinian civilians.
