The Israeli Prison Service (IPS) returned on Tuesday the prisoners who were transferred in the beginning of the Freedom and Dignity hunger strike to their original prisons Palestinian official sources revealed.
The PA committee for prisoners and ex-prisoners affirmed that the prisoners who were engaged in the strike were returned to the prisons from which they were recently transferred.
The committee pointed out that the prisoners are still suffering health problems as they were engaged in the hunger strike for 41 consecutive days.
They started taking vitamins and liquids to restore their physical energy the sources added.
In the beginning of the Freedom and Dignity hunger strike the IPS transferred dozens of prisoners to other jails as a punitive measure after they joined the strike.
