Head of the Islamic Movement in 1948 Occupied Palestine Sheikh Raed Salah called for backing up Palestinian hunger striking detainees who have been fasting since April 17.
“Releasing the hunger striking detainees is the next victory” Sheikh Salah told the PIC reporter. He wished their demands would be met soon.
The Islamic Movement leader condemned the Israeli ceaseless violations of al-Aqsa Mosque. “Israeli authorities try to impose sovereignty over the Muslims’ holy shrine by targeting Jerusalemite people with repeated arrests and banishment from al-Aqsa Mosque”.
